Bloom & Co is founded by Sofia Karstensson. Sofia has spent the last 9 years working with brand strategy, PR and social media for leading brands within food, health and lifestyle in both Sweden and Australia. She’s worked at agencies like Sister Communications, Prime, United Minds and Hill & Knowlton and with clients like Pukka, Tony’s Chocolonely, Kraft Foods and GodDryck. She has a master in Marketing Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney and a degree in Creative Marketing from AcadeMedia Masters in Malmö. She’s also a certified Health Coach from Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. She has a huge passion for all things food, health and wellbeing and when she’s not working you’ll usually find her experimenting in the kitchen, doing handstands in the living room, or having a laugh with a friend over a cup of tea.
